Camellia oil is also called tea seeds oil. It was been refined from tea seeds.The procedure of producing camellia oil is: unshelling, drying, grinding, squeezing and filtrating, using purely physical methods.It is natural organic cooking oil. It does not contain cholesterol, aflatoxins or other additives. It is proved that Camellia oil has more than 90% unsaturated fatty acid, 80-83% oleic acid ,7-13% linoleic acid. A,B,D,E,body.It is rich in protein and Vitamin A, B, D, E and etc. Especially it is rich in linolenic acid which can not be produced by the body.It has also been proved that its Oleic acid and Linoleic acid are higher than olive oil.
